三星台菜食堂 - DNA Paris Design Awards 2021
The design concept of this Taiwanese noodle restaurant was to use simple materials with the help of lighting to attract and welcome diners from a list of restaurants around the area.
We used a calming light wood finish and contrasted it with a few significant asian tiles. The given space was an organic shape with no straight corners, we had to house a kitchen that caters more than 80 diners as well as storage and tables & chairs in this open plan. As you stroll around the space in circle, and encounter the different details and elements, it is truly an art piece.
